A mobile dice game for Android

DICE AND EASY

Roll, read the score, roll again. A match is over before your coffee cools — solo, against friends, or on today's challenge.

  • Android
  • Solo or friends
  • New daily round

Five dice, one minute, no manual

DICE AND EASY is the game you open while the kettle boils. You tap, five dice tumble across the table, you keep the ones you like and throw the rest. Score the combination, hand over the turn, done. Nobody has ever had to explain the rules twice, because there is only one screen and everything on it is a die.

That is the whole design brief. No energy bar that locks you out, no tutorial island, no twenty-minute first session before the game starts being a game. You get a round that finishes — a proper ending with a score and a winner — in about the time it takes to stand at a bus stop. If you have longer, you play another one.

It is built for the in-between moments: the queue, the train, the ad break, the ten minutes before someone is ready to leave the house. Pick it up, put it down mid-match, come back tomorrow and the dice are still sitting where you left them.

What you actually get when you open it

One-thumb rolling

Tap to throw, tap a die to keep it. The whole game is playable with one hand on a crowded train, portrait only, no pinching or dragging.

Matches that end

A solo round is a handful of turns, not a season. You get a final score and a result every single time you play — no unfinished games cluttering the menu.

Play with friends

Start a table, send the link, they roll when they can. Turn-based, so nobody has to be awake at the same time as anyone else.

A new daily challenge

One fixed set-up for everybody that day, one attempt, one score. It takes a minute and it gives the day a tiny reason to open the app.

Quiet by default

Sound off unless you turn it on, no pop-up asking you to rate it mid-roll, no full-screen interruption in the middle of a turn.

Three ways to roll

Same dice, same rules, different reason to open the app.

Where most people start

Solo Run

You against your own best score, start to finish in a few minutes.

  • Full round, proper ending
  • Your personal best kept on the device
  • Pause mid-turn and return later

Friends Match

Open a table, share the link and take turns whenever each of you has a minute.

  • Turn-based — no waiting around
  • Nudge the player who is holding things up
  • Running scoreboard for the table

Daily Challenge

The same starting dice for everyone, one go, then it is gone until tomorrow.

  • A fresh set-up every day
  • One attempt, so the score means something
  • Takes about a minute

Modes and features are described as they are built today and may change as the game is updated.

About the dice themselves

The question people ask first is whether the dice are honest, and it is a fair question — in a game made of nothing but dice, that is the whole product. So they roll straight. No hidden hand nudging a six towards you when you are behind, no quiet penalty when you are ahead, no difficulty that creeps up because you have been winning. A streak is a streak, and a terrible run is just a terrible run.

The second thing we are strict about is your attention. The game does not buzz at you in the evening to say your dice miss you. It does not block a turn until you watch something. It does not grow a lobby, a shop and three currencies because that is what mobile games do. We would rather you open it, enjoy four minutes and close it than keep you scrolling a menu you never asked for.

Still being worked on

DICE AND EASY is built and updated by a small team, which means the list of modes above is what exists now, not a promise of everything it will ever be. If there is something you want from a dice game — a house rule, a different scoreboard, a way to play with the group chat — the form below reaches us directly, and that kind of note genuinely changes what gets built next.

What players tell us

★★★★★
I understood it in about ten seconds, which is roughly my limit for a new game. Now it is the thing I open instead of refreshing the news.
Marta
★★★★☆
We have a table going with three of us and nobody is ever online at the same time. Everyone takes their turn whenever, and it just works.
Dev
★★★★★
The daily one is the bit I like. One go, one score, done before my stop. No pressure to keep playing afterwards.
Priya
★★★★☆
Rolls feel fair, which sounds like a small thing until you have played dice games where they obviously are not.
